bristol // pinkmans bakery
Last weekend my girls and I thought we'd treat ourselves to a nice lil' saturday brunch. There are so many lovely brunch spots in Bristol so choosing where to go is always a struggle, but we'd heard so many great things about Pinkmans that we thought we'd give it a go. It only opened at this time last year, but I can totally see why its got such a great rep already. The food was delish; I had the shakshuka and it tasted just as good as it looked. We also got some of the fresh pastries to take away. Peanut butter and grape jelly doughnuts? Would've been rude not to. They made the perfect post-brunch library snacks. Because we go the library on Saturdays these days, oh the joys of third year.

Oh my god those cakes! I love little cafe bakeries like this, it makes it hard not to order one of everything though x

So gutted I graduated from Bristol before this bakery opened! Looks incredible, can't wait to go back and try it. Molly x
